8/3/20 Capital Project Update

Work week of 7/27/20– 7/31/20

Phase 2 
1. 
Boland’s – Completed the top finish layer of asphalt
2. 
Knapp –  Worked on punch list items
3. 
Brosh – Completed work to relocate the FDC
4. 
Edger – Has been performing final cleaning of the building and punch list items.
5. 
Siracusa – has been working on punch list items.

Phase 3
1. 
FAHS – has started the interior painting of the new events center building along with install underground storm systems and prepping for sidewalks and the stainless-steel counter for the concession area.   Work has started on the stair railing upgrades, work continued the entrance to the HS/MS, base was installed on new cabinetry, and punch list items in various areas.
2. 
Nelcorp – Completed the underground service to the events center and has continued with room lighting up.
3. 
Boland’s – completed final grading of the DES bus loop and has started paving.

Phase 4
1. 
FAHS –  The new ramp has been poured at both building and wall patching and painting continues.
2. 
Schuler – Haas – Has continued with room lighting upgrades at both buildings.
3. 
Petoski and Son – has been installing pipe and duct insulation along with completing duct rough in’s.
4. 
TURF – has been finished installing base material and has started installing the rubber mat and new field material and line work.

Work week of 8/3/20 – 8/7/20

 
Phase 2
1. 
Knapp – will work on punch list items and some additional work
2. 
Boland’s – will be doing the parking lot line work and installing parking signage along with training and turn over of the fuel island.

Phase 3 
1. 
Siracusa – Will begin installing bathroom fixtures in the events building.
2. 
Nelcorp -   Continue with lighting upgrades at both DES and the HS/ MS, scaffold in the pool will be removed with the finish of the new pool lighting.
3. 
Fahs – Will continue painting in the events building, continue with site work and sidewalks.
4. 
Boland’s – will complete paving of the DES bus drop off and ADA parking lot.

Phase 4 
1. 
FAHS – Will start install new acoustic ceilings and continue patching and painting.
2. 
Schuler – Haas  - Will be finishing lighting upgrades at Freeville.

 
TURF 
1. 
Clark – will finish laying the field and start spreading sand and rubber granules and completing line work and numbering.
