Latest on Dryden CSD: all students qualify for free breakfast and lunch throughout the 2023-2024 school year!
Dryden CSD has reported that through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), a meal service opportunity for schools and school districts in low socioeconomic locations, Dryden students qualify to receive free breakfast and lunch every day throughout the 2023-2024 school year! This funding is provided in collaboration between the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and New York State.
“We believe that everyone deserves a safe, joyful and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth,” states Superintendent Joshua Bacigalupi. “Our ability to provide free meals to all students reflects this value as it highlights our commitment to removing barriers and access to learning due to food security with an inclusive and equitable solution. We are very excited about this opportunity.”
