CONTINUOUS RECRUITMENT AREAS
Non-Instructional Areas:
Both Tompkins County Civil Service AND Dryden School Supplemental Applications required. Continuous Recruitment for at least per diem subs, with some areas possibly having probationary appointments available at this time:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
For Instructional Positions:
Attach the support documents indicated below to your OLAS online application by the application deadline for your application to be complete.
Instructional Items Required by application deadline: OLAS online application; copy of your intact TEACH certification page*; letter of interest per position; resume; at least 3 letters of recommendation; copy of transcripts posting degree & name of college (office transcripts required if hired).
*TEACH Cert. Page: Log into your TEACH account, on drop down menu press on certification, print this page, upload this page to your OLAS account (intact, don't redact info.)
For Non-Instructional Positions:
Attach the support documents and the Dryden School District Supplemental Application to your Tompkins County Civil Service (TCP) online application by the application deadline for your application to be complete.
Non-Instructional Items Required by application deadline: TCP online application and Dryden School Supplemental Application. Letter of interest per position; resume; copy of your job relevant certification/license; at least 3 letters of recommendation as requested/required.
For Sports Season Coaching Positions:
Attach the required support documents to your completed Dryden School District Supplemental Application by the application deadline for your application to be complete.
Coach Items Required by application deadline:
Dryden Staff: Letter of interest* and required coach certification documents for each position/level applying for.
Non-Dryden Staff: Dryden School District Supplemental Application, letter of interest*, resume, copy of TEACH certification page, and, required coach certification documents for each position/level applying for.
*The letter of interest must include the visions and goals that you wish to achieve for the position(s). In addition, if you are reapplying, please include your accomplishments in the position. Achievement of the goals will be used in the evaluation process.
Required Coach Certification Docs due by or before application deadline (review with Dryden School HR staff):
- copy of proof of valid NYSED certification as either a: PE Teacher, NYSED Certified Teacher, or, NYS Certified or eligible for Coach certification per TEACH for the assigned sport. Non-teacher coaches MUST apply on-line at the NYS TEACH website for the required NYS coaching certification (contact and review with Dryden School HR staff). (http://www.highered.nysed.gov/tcert/).
- copy of proof of enrollment in and/or successful completion of required coursework for the assigned sport for your coaching year/level in accordance with NYSED (contact and review with Dryden School HR staff)
- copy of proof of enrollment in and/or current/valid certified for NYS coaches in accordance with the NYSED in First Aid, CPR, AED, Concussion, DASA, and other required certifications for the assigned sport and season (contact and review with Dryden School HR staff)
